Hi I’m Miss Lou Lou, founder of Glittery Tapping Wonderland. I just wanted to say a few words about our classes for pre teen age dancers from 8 to 12 years.  We have afternoon classes on Monday at 5.30 and Wednesday at 5 pm. I understand that this age is a crucial period of development and self-expression, and it is important to provide a safe and nurturing environment for them to explore their passion for dance.

In my classes, I emphasize the lack of competition and instead focus on fostering teamwork and collaboration. I believe that this approach helps to build a positive and supportive learning environment where all students feel comfortable to express themselves through dance.

Furthermore, we allow the students to wear dancewear of their own choice, as it is an age where appropriate clothing is needed. I also curate the choreography and music to be non-sexual and free of curse words or sexually suggestive lyrics, ensuring that the class is appropriate for this age group.

Glittery Tapping Wonderland is designed to provide a safe, fun, and non-competitive environment where young dancers can express themselves through movement and music while being mindful of their age-appropriate needs and foster this creativity in our purpose built glittery, shiny and colourful studio. We have a lovely end of year concert, optional of course!
