Combining our Pre-School Classes

In our pre-school class, we incorporate two aspects, giving your children the opportunity to learn more than one style while still keeping them focused.

The class lasts 45 minutes, and we normally start with about 20 minutes of Ballet, pause for a drink of water, and then move on to the next part for another 20 minutes or so. They put on their tap shoes if they’re learning to tap.
They can wear their ballet shoes to jazz.

Parents are welcome to stay and watch, but please be quiet and refrain from using your phones.

Pre-School Ballet  – Available in Ages 14mths-5yrs.

For both girls and boys, Pre-School Ballet is a magical and imaginative introduction to Ballet.
They will practise basic ballet poses, stretch and learn simple exercises, learn to follow directions and take turns in our Pre-School Ballet class, which will include fun activities to music with props and treasures to help them remain focused.
Your child should dress up in their favourite fairy dress, superhero costume, ballet costume, or something else that encourages them to dance and have fun. There are no restrictions on what you should wear based on your gender.
Mum/dad/carer will dance in the class for children aged 18 months to two years.

Pre-School Tap -Available in Ages 3-5yrs.

Pre-School Tap is a fun class where children learn the fundamentals of tap dancing while wearing silver glittery tap shoes.
Our Pre-School students can change into tap shoes halfway through the class and practise simple tap dance techniques such as the shuffle, dig, knock, and tick-tock, all while listening to enjoyable music in a relaxed environment.
The class makes use of props and has exercises to keep the students engaged and entertained as they study.
For $1 per lesson, we have a shelf full of silver glittery Tap shoes.

Pre-School Jazz -Available in Ages 2-5yrs.

A fun and boppy class to up-tempo music.
In our Pre-School Jazz class, we will learn dance moves, jumps runs and skips all to pop and eclectic music in a fun environment.
All our dance moves are all age-appropriate.
We keep them focused and dancing using our fabulous props.
Loads of fun and exciting things to boost their confidence, let off some steam as well as gaining flexibility and coordination.
