FULL TERM FEE – $180. (11 week term)
DEPOSIT & 2 X CLASS TRY-OUT – $40.
Non-Refundable or Transferable, holds your place and covers 2 consecutive classes for the dates booked.
CASUAL CLASSES – $20.
If your child is shy, it may take at least 2 classesbefore they become involved, there is a lot to look at and take in, once you know they are keen, you can pay the balance of the term.
TERM FEE STRUCTURE & CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ ME!
The Glittery Tapping Wonderland has a relaxed, creative and fun atmosphere, which is why you are attracted to us!
But to keep our nurturing and caring dance school running and so as we can pay our gracious teachers, we have to follow a fee structure.
★ Paying Term Fees ensures that you or your child has a place in the class.
★ We know who will be coming each week and we can also control how many there are in the class.
★ Term Fees keep the class running on time, as the teacher doesn’t have to deal with casual fees.
★ Early Bird Discount only applies to Full Term Fees and does not apply to balance of Term Fees after deposit being paid.
★ If you join the Glittery Tapping Wonderland after week 3 in the term – fees will be $18 per class for the remainder of the term to be paid in full (less any deposits) or $20 per class casual.
★ If you pay for the Deposit/2 class Try-Out classes and continue to attend without full term payment, or if you attend classes and have not paid after week three the same terms apply as above.
★ If you have paid the Deposit/2 class Try-Out prior to term starting, this does not make you eligible for the Early Bird discount.
★ Term Fees will need to be paid in full BY the 3rd week of Term otherwise 10% late fee will added to the balance.
★ Unfortunately if Fees are unpaid, your place wont be secured in the class and students on our waiting list keen to pay for a term will be able to join.
★ Please make sure all Term or Casual fees are up to date for each term. We will not be able to accept deposits for the new term if fees are not up to date. Oh no! Can that be? …. Yes!
MAKE UP CLASSES -
If you or your child are unwell or are going to miss a class you are able to do a make-up class.
Please call Miss Vanessa on 0423 095 590 PRIOR to the class to let her know so we can work out where you can fit in.
Make-up classes must be made up within the same term.
If we are not notified we cannot offer a make-up class.
REFUND POLICY –
The Deposit/2 x class Try-Out is non-refundable.
We are happy to refund dancers Term Fees if circumstances change and they are unable to come to class or they simply don’t like it.
All full Term Fees including Early Bird and 2nd Child/Class Discounts have a non-refundable 2 class minimum, which acts the same as the Deposit.
This is so we know we can begin a class that is viable.
Refunds can only be paid from the date the dancer requests them. They cannot be back-dated.
For instance if a dancer pays their Full Term Early Bird, does not show up at all and then in week 5 asks for a full refund, we can only refund from when they notify us. Reasons being :
1 – The place in the class is held for them.
2 – No new student or existing student can move into that class as it is “Fully Booked”.
3 – This also will effect the class minimums. A late refund may make a small class too small to keep running, the earlier we know the sooner we could have merged it.
In general, refunds and class sizes will effect our planning, we need to know who is in the classes so that we can keep the school financially viable.
Class Minimum is 6 students. Class Maximum is 10 students.
