Low Impact Tap
A fun way to exercise, meet new friends and dance to older style music.
This class is easy on knees and hips, we stay low to the floor without leaps and jumps.
Perfect if you are carrying some weight and want to ease into exercise.
Jazz gets you moving and learning groovy moves simultaneously with funky music.
Warm ups, corner to corner, combinations and a routine. Beginners level will learn everything at a slower pace and the more intermediate/advanced class will work at a faster pace. Both classes will be challenged more as they gain confidence, coordination and skill, whilst having fun.
An open Ballet class, we work from the barre, moving onto to centre work, stretching, and movement to music.
For all standards, this class can teach the absolute beginner the foundations of ballet while also helping the more experienced ballerina’s really refine their technique.
There is a strong focus on correct posture and alignment to ensure the safest ballet experience for every body.
